ANDREA BONASSI

I was born in Turin (IT) in 1988 where my dad had a water sports equipment shop, so I was basically raised between BCDs and wetsuits. As soon as I was old enough, I became a diving instructor and then traveled around the world. I worked in the Maldives, the Red Sea, Italy and Mexico. I no longer actively teach diving but I continue to regularly dive to both test our equipment and enjoying the ocean. I love to sail my boat from one bay to another in order to discover new dive sites or fishing spots. My job is my passion. My primary work responsibilities center around selling of equipment and, technical supervision. I enjoy frequent interactions with our customers and enjoy sharing my passion with them. I consider my day to be successful if I can make all of my customers happy.

Paolo Bonassi

I was born in Turin (IT) in 1944 and since I was a child I had an attraction for the ocean which at that time was still surrounded by mystery an unknowns. The first commercial divers fascinated us with breathtaking stories and I could not resist. In 1960 I received my first diving license (CMAS) and I became so passionate about diving and the oceans that in 1966 I started commercial diving in Nigeria and Sudan. After this incredible experience I dedicated myself to my second passion, spearfishing, and ten years later I ranked in the top 10 in the Italian national championships in 1977. In 1979, my brother and I founded Punto Sub Italia and I dedicated myself to the business and teaching technical diving.

VALENTINA KOCHIAN GRIMALDI

I was born in Argentina and raised in Mexico., I am following my dream by studying marine biology and teaching freediving. My love for the water started at a really young age, playing and swimming in the Caribbean Sea all day long. Later on, I discovered that freediving was a sport that could be taught, and immediately I took my first course. From that day on I became addicted to this amazing sport and now I am sharing my love and passion with the world.

Luchi Maldonado

I was born in Argentina and I began to travel the world from a very young age in search of my spiritual growth.
When I first immersed myself in the Mexican Caribbean with my scuba gear, I found an environment of healing and well-being that won my heart and soul. I began to interact with the animals, to achieve a magical connection.
I understood that we have the opportunity to save your environment by stopping pollution.
Today I am a PADI instructor, it is my pride to work as such, I enjoy it every day and learn more and more about it. Never stop learning!
The sound of the sea is the sound of silence!

ITALO FLORIDIA

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and when I was 8 years old I experienced for the first time the sensation of breathing underwater. From that moment I fell in love with diving. In 2013 I was involved in a bad car accident that left me in bed for a year and as soon as I started walking again I went to the Dominican Republic and I started diving every day. Diving was my rehabilitation therapy and my light out of the tunnel. Today I am PADI Master Instructor, SSI Assistant Instructor Trainer, technical diving instructor and, above all, TDI full cave diver. Caves are my new passion! I like to teach people how to dive so that they can see there is another world, the underwater world and they can start helping to preserve it.

JUAN CARLOS BONILLA

I was born in Mexico City in 1981. My passions, besides diving, are photography, filming documentaries and cycling. In fact, with an epic journey of 2000 Km, from Mexico City to Cancun by bicycle, I started my new life connected to the ocean. Being free carries many responsibilities, always giving your best to those around you, living to the fullest and taking care of your situation, so that others can enjoy the same freedom that you enjoy. That’s how I like to live for myself and for those around me, whether it’s practicing sustainable fishing, filming a documentary on a remote island or just enjoying the ocean with my family.
